Senior Paid Social Executive

About the role

Carat is seeking a Senior Paid Social Executive to own the end‑to‑end execution, optimisation and performance of paid social campaigns across major platforms. You will lead efforts on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and expand across TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X, delivering measurable results for clients while mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, activate and continuously optimise paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X.
• Develop and test audience segments, creative variations and bidding strategies to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, engagement and reach.
• Monitor daily performance, identify optimisation opportunities and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Paid Search, Programmatic and Analytics teams to deliver integrated cross‑channel solutions.
• Stay current on platform innovations, new ad formats and algorithm updates, testing relevant features.
• Support client calls, quarterly reviews and strategic discussions.
• Mentor junior paid social executives to ensure quality and consistency.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on paid social campaign management, preferably in an agency.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and working knowledge of TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proficiency in campaign analytics, tracking and attribution across multiple platforms.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and client‑facing communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with curiosity for creative testing and emerging paid social trends.
