Senior HR Operations & Employee Experience Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Operations & Employee Experience Lead to drive efficient HR processes and enhance the employee journey across multiple entities. The role blends recruitment optimisation, HR digital transformation, and full‑cycle employee lifecycle management in a fast‑moving, multi‑country environment.

Key responsibilities

• Improve recruitment effectiveness across entities, reducing time‑to‑fill and raising quality of hire while aligning with workforce planning.
• Support talent strategy and workforce planning by providing visibility on manpower needs, hiring priorities and organisational capacity.
• Oversee HR operations and digital transformation initiatives, including payroll accuracy, leave management and the rollout of a new in‑house HRIS.
• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, probation, contract changes and off‑boarding.
• Ensure HR governance and compliance with local labour laws, internal policies and control frameworks across all entities.
• Monitor and report HR KPIs to enable data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen employee experience and culture through engagement programmes, HR analytics and retention initiatives.
• Maintain consistent HR service delivery in a complex, multi‑country, culturally diverse environment.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in HR operations or HR business partnering.
• Strong exposure to GCC environments and multi‑entity structures.
• Background in ICT or other fast‑paced industries is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with proven execution and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Passion for improving HR efficiency, employee experience and operational excellence.
