Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Ideas Agency is a dynamic creative studio based in Beirut, specializing in branding, visual communication, digital content, and integrated marketing. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can combine creative excellence with strategic thinking to lead high‑impact design projects for our forward‑thinking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute high‑quality visual concepts for branding, advertising campaigns, digital content, packaging, print, and corporate communications.
• Lead the design process from concept through final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and project goals.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creative output.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a creative agency or corporate branding environment.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex design projects independently and on deadline.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and brand systems.
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills with client‑facing experience.
