Senior Full Stack AI Engineer & AI Agent Builder

About the Role

Aspire Software is looking for a visionary Full Stack AI Engineer / AI Agent Builder to join our dynamic team in Lebanon. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ecosystem by designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI agents powered by the latest Large Language Models (LLMs).

Main Missions

• Design and deploy autonomous AI agents to automate critical internal processes including customer support, sales, onboarding, marketing, and operations.
• Develop and launch new AI-driven products aimed at generating significant revenue streams.
• Collaborate directly with product, engineering, and operations teams across our portfolio companies to identify high-value automation opportunities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from rapid prototyping and beta testing with real users to final production launch.
• Measure and optimize the impact of AI implementations through key metrics such as time saved, productivity gains, and cost reduction.

• Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on AI integration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a product-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills to identify automation bottlenecks and quantify ROI.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills to work with diverse business units.

Required Skills

• Expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT).
• Deep understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Proficiency in Full Stack technologies (Backend, Frontend, Databases, Cloud).
• Experience integrating complex internal APIs.
• Ability to adapt to diverse and evolving technological environments.
