Senior Consultant – Security & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to lead cybersecurity and data‑privacy engagements across Europe and the Middle East. The role combines advisory expertise with hands‑on implementation, helping clients modernise security, compliance and responsible AI practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting and delivery projects in cyber strategy, data privacy and compliance transformation.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the EMEA region, supporting go‑to‑market initiatives for Security, Data & AI services.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, partners such as Microsoft, OneTrust and Okta, and internal teams to co‑create solutions.
• Design and launch joint offerings, especially around the Microsoft Security & Compliance stack.
• Guide clients through change management for data‑protection, AI adoption and security modernisation.
• Assess and improve security and privacy postures using frameworks like ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR, PDPL and others.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, data privacy or AI consulting and implementation.
• Background in a Big Four firm or top‑tier technology consultancy, or senior internal security roles.
• Proven track record delivering data‑privacy programs with platforms such as OneTrust, Securiti.AI, BigID or Microsoft Priva.
• Hands‑on experience implementing ISMS and PIMS (ISO 27001/ISO 27701).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field from a top university.
