Joefish is seeking a seasoned Senior Art Director to lead visual storytelling across brand strategy, campaigns, and content systems. The role blends concept creation with hands‑on execution, ensuring every piece reflects the agency’s commitment to human‑centred creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own visual concepts from initial sketches to final delivery for campaigns, brand identities, and content platforms.
• Art‑direct photo and video shoots, making on‑set decisions that align with the creative vision.
• Present and defend ideas to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Mentor junior creatives and set visual standards for all agency output.
• Drive work that wins awards and delivers measurable results.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience, preferably at multinational, regional, or well‑known independent agencies.
• Portfolio that showcases strong concepts first, with excellent execution.
• Passion for award‑winning work and a deep understanding of agency processes.
• Proven experience directing shoots and leading creative teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Fluency with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and generative video platforms.
