Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor supports the Security Manager in safeguarding the hotel’s guests, employees, assets and confidential information. This role ensures 24‑hour security coverage, oversees the security team, and coordinates emergency response activities within the property.

Key responsibilities

• Provide protection for staff, guests, assets and information.
• Supervise security personnel to ensure effective performance and 24‑hour coverage.
• Maintain compliance with local laws and hotel policies.
• Participate actively in the hotel’s Emergency Response Team.
• Implement and monitor access, key and material control systems.
• Conduct investigations of theft, vandalism, arson, accidents or other security incidents.
• Operate and maintain surveillance equipment according to standards.
• Perform regular security rounds and update the daily security log.
• Supervise and assess contracted security providers.
• Plan weekly work schedules, conduct performance evaluations and ensure staff punctuality, uniform compliance and ongoing training.

Required profile

• Lebanese nationality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of security experience in a hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Arabic (local language) and English.
