Sales Specialist

About the role

As a Sales Specialist at OLX Lebanon you will build and nurture relationships with both existing and new business clients, drive upselling opportunities and manage a defined territory. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients receive maximum value from OLX’s marketplace services.

Key responsibilities

• Establish contact and develop relationships with businesses through referrals, cold‑calling, canvassing, face‑to‑face meetings and networking.
• Build and maintain a database of leads and convert them into active accounts.
• Sell value‑added products and subscriptions to new, expired or cancelled accounts.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs (both value and volume).
• Conduct territory analysis, manage accounts and provide client training.
• Prepare regular performance reviews, reports and monitor client health metrics.
• Communicate expectations clearly and advise clients on how to improve their listings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification.
• Valid driving licence and a car for out‑of‑office meetings.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a sales consultant; online sales experience is a plus.
• Highly computer‑literate, fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong knowledge of sales, business development, negotiations and relationship building.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ambitious, positive, able to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
