Sales Specialist – Business Development

About the role

As a Sales Specialist at OLX Lebanon you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with both existing and new business clients across your assigned territory. You will drive upselling opportunities, promote value‑added products and ensure clients get the most out of the OLX platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential business clients through cold calling, referrals, canvassing and networking.
• Develop and maintain a database of leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Sell subscriptions and value‑added services to new, expired or cancelled accounts.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs in both value and volume.
• Analyse territory performance, provide client training and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Monitor client health metrics and communicate expectations to ensure high service quality.
• Review client accounts and suggest improvements to increase listing performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification.
• Valid driving licence and personal car for out‑of‑office meetings.
• 3–5 years of experience as a sales consultant; online sales experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ambitious, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
