Regulatory Affairs Manager

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a seasoned Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead regulatory strategy and execution for regional and global client projects. You will act as a trusted advisor, blending scientific insight with commercial acumen to support client growth initiatives and complex project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regulatory strategies for global and regional initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on regulatory submissions, lifecycle management, and regulatory intelligence.
• Support proposal development, bid defenses, and strategic client engagements.
• Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
• Manage health authority interactions and regulatory planning activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Mentor colleagues and drive continuous improvement in regulatory operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in global and regional Regulatory Affairs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
• Proven client‑facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
