Recruitment Internship Program

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced recruitment consultancy based in Sin El Fil, Lebanon. You will work closely with a senior recruitment consultant, supporting day‑to‑day talent acquisition activities and gaining exposure to client interactions and industry trends.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions across the consultancy’s client portfolio.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring information is accurate and current.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, communication with candidates and clients, and follow‑up.
• Support the preparation of job postings, candidate profiles, and other recruitment materials.
• Perform market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competition.
• Attend client meetings and recruitment events to observe consultancy operations.
• Contribute ideas for recruitment strategies and process improvements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with recruitment‑related software and tools such as applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Demonstrated interest in the recruitment industry and a passion for helping people find jobs.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
