Recruitment Internship – Beirut, Lebanon

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on introduction to the recruitment industry within a leading recruitment firm based in Sin El Fil, Beirut. You will work closely with senior consultants, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and gaining exposure to client interactions and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of open positions across the client portfolio.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, communication, and follow‑up with clients and candidates.
• Support the preparation of job postings, candidate profiles, and other recruitment materials.
• Perform market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
• Attend client meetings and recruitment events to observe consultancy operations.
• Contribute ideas for recruitment strategy enhancements and process improvements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Demonstrated interest in recruitment and a passion for helping people find jobs.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment‑related software and tools, such as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn.
