Projects and Events Coordinator – Middle East

About the role

The AMC Middle East Projects and Events Coordinator will be based in Beirut and will lead the planning, organization and execution of cooking demonstrations, promotional events and brand activations across the region. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure each event delivers a high‑impact experience that aligns with AMC’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage event timelines, logistics, vendor and partner coordination for cooking demos and brand activations.
• Set up on‑site event spaces, oversee execution, and provide support to sales teams during events.
• Communicate with guests, partners and internal stakeholders, handle inquiries and deliver high‑quality customer service.
• Collect feedback, maintain accurate event records and contribute to continuous improvement of future events.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to maximise event impact and brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong event planning and management experience, preferably in hospitality, retail or consumer‑product brand activation.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and partners.
• Sales orientation to support promotional activities and drive product adoption.
• Organisational and time‑management abilities, comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools such as email, spreadsheets and presentation software.
• Experience with event management tools (advantageous).
