Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of complex ERP implementations at Azkatech. Reporting to the Delivery Director, you will work closely with Technical Project Managers to ensure projects progress smoothly from initiation to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Technical Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate tasks and workflows between departments using a proven project methodology.
• Define and maintain clear project timescales aligned to client requirements.
• Manage software releases and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform regular project status and progress reporting for management review.
• Ensure all project records, data, and documents are properly maintained.
• Assist the director in preparing man‑hours budgets, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Support project billing forecasting and administrative project work.
• Monitor projects for contract compliance and ensure accurate cost reflection.
• Support project closure by releasing final deliverables and handling documentation handover.
• Verify team attendance and timesheet accuracy.
• Support onboarding of new joiners and follow up on team development plans.
• Assist in setting up internal processes (security, IT, project management) and create related learning materials, quizzes, and compliance tracking.
• Support PMs in understanding and tracking performance KPIs for their projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
