About the role
The Project Billing & Administration Coordinator supports the construction team by managing client invoicing, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring financial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and issue client invoices according to contractual terms and billing schedules.
- Maintain and regularly update project files, Excel tracking sheets for invoicing, payment status and financial follow‑up.
- Monitor billing against contracts, project progress and payment milestones, coordinating with project managers, accounting and administrative teams.
- Identify billing discrepancies, prepare billing summaries and financial follow‑up reports, and assist in resolving issues.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken French (mandatory).
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
- Previous experience in billing, project administration or financial coordination, preferably in construction or engineering.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
