Program Assistant – Training & Data Support

About the role

The Program Assistant will support the daily delivery of training, data collection and information management activities for DRC’s humanitarian programmes in Lebanon. The role ensures that training reaches field and partner staff on schedule, that assessment data are accurate, and that referral and feedback information is properly recorded and followed up.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver training sessions on safe identification, referral SOPs, Do No Harm, referral information management system and complaint & feedback mechanisms.
• Prepare training materials, attendance records and pre/post‑training assessments, adapting delivery as needed.
• Plan and coordinate training logistics across multiple locations, scheduling sessions with field sites and partner organisations.
• Participate in Training‑of‑Trainers sessions and co‑deliver refresher trainings.
• Provide light‑touch coaching and troubleshooting support to trained staff.
• Support capacity and readiness assessments, including scheduling, data collection and follow‑up.
• Design, test and administer KoBo‑based assessment tools and assist partner organisations with self‑administered surveys.
• Perform data cleaning, entry and basic analysis to inform referral pathway design.
• Create, verify and troubleshoot user accounts for field sites and partners.
• Update the digital service directory and conduct routine data quality checks on referral records.
