Postdoctoral Researcher – CSR Project (4‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Adnan Kassar School of Business at LAU seeks a postdoctoral researcher to support a four‑month internal grant project on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The role involves advancing the research agenda, collecting and analysing data, and contributing to scholarly outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement empirical research on CSR, sustainability, and responsible business practices.
• Conduct literature reviews and help develop theoretical frameworks.
• Collect, manage, and analyse qualitative and/or quantitative data.
• Prepare manuscripts, conference papers, and other scholarly publications.
• Collaborate with the research team and project stakeholders while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and LAU policies.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sustainability, CSR, or a closely related discipline by the start date.
• Strong research and analytical abilities with experience in qualitative and/or quantitative methods.
• Evidence of research excellence through publications, conference presentations, or manuscripts under review.
• Excellent academic writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in CSR, sustainability, ESG, or related fields is an advantage.
