Post Producer

About the role

Kromahaus, a high‑end post‑production studio, is seeking a Post Producer to lead the end‑to‑end workflow for multiple film, television and digital projects. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and the creative team, ensuring timely delivery and top‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, budgets and resources across multiple concurrent assignments.
• Review client notes, feedback, final cuts and deliverables to guarantee compliance with creative and technical standards.
• Track project progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain organized documentation.
• Identify and pursue new contracts and clients while managing the studio’s social‑media presence.
• Ensure all technical specifications, including formats and codecs, are met throughout the post‑production process.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full post‑production workflows.
• Strong people and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across creative and technical teams.
• Understanding of shooting formats, codecs and delivery specifications is a plus.
• Demonstrated project‑management abilities: planning, scheduling, budgeting and client liaison.
• Relevant experience in film, TV or digital media post‑production; degree or diploma in Film, Media or related field is beneficial.
