Plumber

About the role

The Hotel Engineering team is looking for a skilled Plumber to install, modify, maintain and repair plumbing fixtures across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities. You will ensure reliable water and drainage systems while supporting overall engineering services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair taps, basins, toilets, bathtubs, showers and related fixtures in guest rooms and public restrooms.
• Maintain domestic hot and cold water pipe networks and sewage collectors throughout the property.
• Inspect work sites, determine required materials and equipment, and test systems to locate leaks or faults.
• Train and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Respond to plumbing emergencies promptly to protect guests, employees and the building.
• Maintain and secure all plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and stored correctly.
• Record daily activities, incidents and maintenance logs for shift hand‑over.
• Follow safety procedures, conduct accident‑free work and address hazardous conditions immediately.
