Personal Trainer (Part‑time)

About the role

The Warehouse is seeking a part‑time, on‑site Personal Trainer to create and deliver customized workout programs for individuals and small groups. You will work in a motivating studio environment, helping clients of all levels achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead individualized and small‑group workout sessions aligned with client goals and fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments, demonstrate proper exercise technique, and monitor safety.
• Provide real‑time feedback, encouragement, and nutrition basics to support client progress.
• Track client performance, adjust programs as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Keep the training area clean and organized, and collaborate with fellow trainers to foster an inclusive studio atmosphere.

Required profile

• Strong personal training and fitness instruction skills.
• Experience with circuit training and sports coaching.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition to offer general guidance.
• Relevant certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
• Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain before start date.
