About the role
The Patient Services Specialist will be a key member of the myteem team, providing bilingual support to patients via phone. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, prepare patient charts, and assist with scheduling and record requests while ensuring a compassionate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound patient inquiries about medical services, appointments, and general questions.
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow‑ups, and chart preparation.
- Collect and organize medical information to create accurate patient charts.
- Enter data into electronic medical record (EMR) systems and maintain detailed interaction logs.
- Assist patients with scheduling, obtaining records, and navigating healthcare procedures.
- Process prior authorizations with insurance companies as needed.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Required profile
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Prior experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer applications and data entry.
- Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

- Full‑time and part‑time shifts available.
- Monday‑Friday schedule, 4:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. Beirut Time.
