Part-time Robotics and STEM Instructor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated part‑time Robotics and STEM Instructor to join NinjaCO’s after‑school programs. You will inspire children aged 3‑18 by delivering hands‑on lessons that blend robotics, coding and LEGO‑based projects in a fun, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Teach robotics and STEM concepts to children in after‑school sessions.
• Learn and apply NinjaCO’s proprietary curriculum and teaching methods.
• Facilitate interactive lessons that explore engineering, architecture and physics through LEGO builds and robot programming.
• Encourage teamwork, creativity and problem‑solving in a positive classroom setting.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to continuously improve the learning experience.

Required profile

• Own a car for transportation to schools and centers.
• Reside in the Matn or Keserwan area.
• At least one year of teaching or mentoring experience, formal or informal.
• Passion for education and working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑driven, reliable and organized.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
