Operational Specialist – Afternoon Shift

About the role

We are seeking a junior‑level Operational Specialist to join our fast‑growing car‑subscription platform. The position works the afternoon shift (3 PM – 12 AM Dubai time) and focuses on back‑end processes such as KYC verification, risk assessments, supplier follow‑ups, and product listings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct KYC checks and verify documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Perform risk assessments for clients, suppliers, or processes and deliver timely reports.
• Follow up with suppliers to obtain required documentation, update orders, and maintain accurate records.
• Manage product and service listings, ensuring all details are correct, complete, and updated promptly.
• Support the refinement and implementation of back‑end operational processes for greater efficiency.
• Respond quickly to inquiries from internal teams and provide operational assistance as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations, KYC processes, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and follow‑up skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
