Medical Sales Representative – Dahieh & South Area

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will manage and grow the portfolio of Vision Care products across the Dahieh and South Area. The role combines field sales, client education, and market intelligence to achieve territory targets while maintaining a professional company image.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the marketing plan set by management, introduce new products and reinforce existing ones.
• Conduct industry research, share updates with retailers, and provide training on product usage.
• Visit 12‑15 customers daily, present product information, negotiate orders, and close sales according to SOPs.
• Prepare quotations, manage special pricing requests with the Sales Manager, and follow up on client payments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, submit daily activity reports, and optimize travel time to keep costs low.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and refer product issues to the Sales Manager for resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science (MBA is a plus).
• 1‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or healthcare products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, research and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving skills and effective time management.
• Fluent in English and able to work independently in a field‑based environment.
