Marketing Support Officer

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and digitally‑savvy Marketing Support Officer to keep our regional marketing projects on track. You will coordinate content, manage assets, and provide essential support for both digital and offline activities across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing campaigns and projects across regions.
• Collect, organize, and maintain visual and digital assets from sister companies.
• Follow up on product promotions, new arrivals, and warehouse shoots.
• Monitor website updates and assist with content changes.
• Coordinate distribution and inventory of printed marketing materials.
• Assist with social media and email communications for assigned brand pages.
• Support branding initiatives at retail locations and events, including signage, uniforms, giveaways, and booth setup.
• Maintain organized inventory and digital records of marketing materials across regions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, collaborative and reliable attitude.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Trello.
• Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Comfort with major social‑media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
