Marketing Manager – Energy & Oil Sector

About the role

MEDCO is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function within the energy, oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will shape the brand’s market presence, drive growth through innovative campaigns and provide strategic insights that support corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Enhance MEDCO’s brand presence across traditional and digital platforms.
• Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitor activity and customer insights.
• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns promoting products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and partners to ensure consistent messaging.
• Drive online visibility through social media, content marketing and other digital channels.
• Monitor key performance indicators, prepare reports and optimise strategies for maximum ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and CRM systems.
