Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join SEO Sherpa’s brand marketing team. The role will drive the planning, creation and distribution of content across our agency brand, CEO‑led profiles and the company website.

Key responsibilities

• Support content planning, coordination and formatting for brand and CEO channels, including a WordPress website.
• Own and maintain content calendars, design briefs, asset trackers and approval flows.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, designers, media managers, copywriters and senior stakeholders to move ideas from concept to live post.
• Break down long‑form assets into social‑first formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and community platforms.
• Upload, schedule, format and perform rigorous QA on every link, caption, alignment and tag before publishing.
• Set up, test, format and distribute digital marketing email newsletters.
• Assist with community engagement in exclusive channels such as the Search Everywhere Academy and Agency Owners Club.
• Leverage AI tools to draft content variants, optimise workflows and maintain a scalable production baseline.
• Track basic social and content performance metrics to inform future strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content coordination or marketing operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to keep multiple moving parts organized.
• Strong curiosity about digital marketing and willingness to experiment with AI‑driven tools.
• Comfortable working remotely while collaborating across time zones (±4 hours of Dubai GST).

Required skills

• WordPress content management.
• Familiarity with AI content generation or workflow automation tools.
