Junior Online Content Manager (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Junior Online Content Manager to support the Communication outreach and engagement project on EU policies across North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. The role will provide strategic, technical and logistical communication support to DG MENA, ensuring the EU’s initiatives are visible and impactful online.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update website and online platform content using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Draft, edit and publish web content in line with communication objectives and editorial guidelines.
• Ensure content is accurate, up‑to‑date, accessible and user‑friendly.
• Coordinate with communication specialists, designers and technical teams to publish multimedia content.
• Support digital communication campaigns through online channels.
• Monitor website performance and assist with basic web analytics and reporting.
• Maintain content consistency, quality and compliance with EU branding standards.
• Assist with content planning, quality assurance and routine website maintenance.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication, journalism, web content or related field.
• Fluent English.
• At least 2 years of general experience in online communication.
• Minimum 1 year of specific experience managing website or online content.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Basic web analytics and reporting.
