About the role

The IT Officer is responsible for maintaining the organization’s computer networks and providing technical support. This role includes monitoring systems, installing and configuring hardware and software, and resolving technical problems.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide support and troubleshoot hardware, software, applications, and network issues for employees.
  • Assist new hires with IT onboarding, delivering required assets and configuring devices.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents across the organization.
  • Maintain clear documentation of IT systems, procedures, and inventory.
  • Manage procurement, inventory, imaging, setup, and deployment of IT hardware and services.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovations to improve processes.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving and customer‑service abilities.
