Inventory Controller

About the role

At OK Distribution, a fast‑growing company driving digital transformation in trade, we are seeking a meticulous, data‑driven Inventory Controller to ensure the health, accuracy and compliance of our stock. Based in Beirut, you will bridge the gap between our physical warehouse operations and commercial teams, guaranteeing that our digital records perfectly reflect on‑hand inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Own the inventory module in Odoo, ensuring all stock movements, transfers and updates are accurately recorded.
• Conduct regular physical stock takes, daily spot checks and structured cycle counts on the warehouse floor.
• Audit inbound receiving and outbound picking processes to intercept and minimise discrepancies.
• Monitor warehouse conditions, including temperature control for food storage areas.
• Perform routine expiry checks and inform the Commercial Department of near‑expiry products to enable proactive liquidation.

Required profile

• Analytical and highly organized professional with a hands‑on approach.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in inventory control, warehouse auditing or stock management, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
• Strong proficiency in Odoo, capable of navigating, auditing and generating actionable reports.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to achieving zero‑discrepancy rates.
• Proactive communication skills to alert commercial and operational stakeholders about stock risks.
