Information Technology Support Engineer

About the role

Invigo is looking for an Information Technology Support Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of its enterprise IT infrastructure. The role involves supporting cloud and on‑premises environments, network services, endpoint management, and system monitoring across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure and services.
• Assist with administration and monitoring of cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Support network operations and infrastructure services.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform operational maintenance.
• Support endpoint and asset lifecycle management processes.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and inventory records.
• Collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Computer Engineering degree.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, Arabic and French.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Operating systems and enterprise infrastructure concepts.
• Networking fundamentals.
• Virtualization technologies.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
