About the role
We are looking for an ambitious Indoor Sales Representative to join our ICT team in Beirut. The role focuses on generating sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for our technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and present relevant ICT products and services.
- Qualify leads, convert them into sales opportunities and process orders.
- Follow up on deliveries, resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, product developments and competitor offerings.
Required profile
- University degree.
- 2‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in technology or ICT.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and a team player.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in French, English and Arabic.
