Identity & Access Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to design, build, and configure enterprise IAM and Identity Governance solutions for our Middle East & Africa operations. The role focuses on identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, and privileged access controls, aligning with Zero Trust principles.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and operate Microsoft Entra Identity Governance, including Entitlement Management, Access Packages, Access Reviews, and lifecycle workflows.
• Configure authentication and authorization controls such as MFA, Conditional Access, and Single Sign‑On for cloud and SaaS applications.
• Manage privileged access using Microsoft Entra Privileged Identity Management and enforce RBAC.
• Automate identity processes with Entra ID workflows, Logic Apps, or scripting and integrate HR or other authoritative sources.
• Deploy Microsoft Entra Private Access and Internet Access to provide secure, identity‑based connectivity following ZTNA principles.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and related IAM solutions.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and configurations.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, access reviews, and privileged access management.
