About the role
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking an HR Support professional to provide administrative and operational assistance to the Human Resources function of its Lebanon Country Program. The role ensures efficient HR processes, accurate documentation, and supports compliance with organizational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date physical and electronic HR filing systems, including scanning and archiving documents.
- Compile and verify timesheets for all staff, ensuring completeness and proper documentation.
- Follow up on contract validation processes, ensuring contracts are signed and compliant.
- Draft and prepare staff ID cards, maintaining templates and ensuring data accuracy.
- Provide administrative support during internal and external audits by organizing required HR documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy of staff data and records.
- Coordinate closely with HR Officers to support daily HR operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in management, human resources, industrial psychology or a related field.
- 1–2 years of prior experience in human resources.
- Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Strong ability to prioritize work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
- Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, networking, and communication abilities.
