HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager will lead all human‑resources functions for the organization, aligning management objectives with employee performance. Based in Tanail, Beqaa, the role supports business needs, builds a strong culture and ensures effective HR systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor implementation of HR protocols and procedures across the organization.
• Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Foster a positive, structured, and professional working environment.
• Assess training needs, design and deliver training programs, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Coordinate pay plans and benefits programs with management and finance.
• Monitor motivational strategies and employee engagement practices.
• Support business needs through development, engagement, motivation and retention of talent.
• Bridge management‑employee relations by handling demands, grievances and workplace issues.
• Manage the full recruitment and selection process.
• Provide decision‑support to management through HR metrics, analytics and reporting, using advanced tools such as AI.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management.
• 2–5 years of professional HR experience (administrative or HR‑related positions acceptable).
• Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and organizational structure.
• People‑oriented, results‑driven personality with excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective time‑management and multitasking capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas) and HR reporting dashboards.
