Full Stack Developer – Mid to Senior Level

About the role

NaftPlus IT Department is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to enhance and scale its custom ERP platform for the FMCG sector. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components, ensuring high performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop full‑stack features based on defined requirements.
• Build responsive front‑end components using Angular.
• Design and implement backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Write, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL queries and database structures.
• Execute development tasks within established workflows and perform testing before deployment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
• Document technical solutions, processes, and code.
• Create and train internal AI models to automate development tasks.
• Participate in code reviews, follow coding standards, and use version control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of proven full‑stack development experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver production‑level applications.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with FMCG workflows such as inventory, distribution, and POS is advantageous.

Required skills

• Angular (or similar modern front‑end framework).
• PostgreSQL database design and query optimization.
• RESTful API development.
• Version control systems, preferably Git.
• Interest in AI‑assisted development tools.
