About the role

The Food Server at The Glow Paradise works on‑site in Gemmayze and Naccache, greeting guests and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This full‑time position focuses on delivering healthy, appealing meals while upholding the brand’s standards of sustainability and enjoyment.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, present menu options, and answer questions about ingredients and preparation.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, serve dishes and drinks promptly, and ensure presentation aligns with brand standards.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to support a positive experience.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas, coordinate with kitchen staff, and process payments.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food & beverage offerings and practical experience in a restaurant or café setting.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays safely, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to cleanliness, food safety standards, and hygiene practices.
• Previous hospitality or health‑focused dining experience is an advantage.
