About the role

Our Easy Game Tutoring LLC is seeking a full‑time, 24/7 remote Customer Support Professional to assist students using our online tutoring platform. You will provide timely, empathetic assistance through chat, email and other digital channels, ensuring a smooth learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries via chat, email and ticketing systems.
• Guide users through platform navigation, scheduling, billing and account access.
• Document and track support requests, escalating technical or academic issues when needed.
• Collect feedback, identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall user experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with proven issue‑resolution experience.
• Fluent English with excellent written communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in education, e‑learning or tutoring services is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online communication tools.
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
