Crew Member – Retail & Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Crew Member to join EatLikeIzzy’s team. You will be the front‑line representative, handling sales transactions, assisting customers and preparing orders while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, selection and purchases.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Prepare and package orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area.
• Restock shelves and monitor product availability.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, cashiering or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including Saturdays.

Required skills
