About the role
Abniah s.a.l., a leading construction firm in Lebanon, is seeking an experienced Concrete & Finishing Foreman to oversee concrete works and finishing activities at sites in Beirut and Maten.
Key responsibilities
- Interpretation of drawings & coordination of trades with site engineer
- Read specifications to determine construction requirements
- Lead and assist workers engaged in construction activities, analyze and resolve their problems, manage their productivity
- Control the quality of work, safety rules and ensure that they are followed
- Control material wastage and damage at site
- Monitor and manage site equipment
Required profile
- 15 to 20 years of experience in concrete works and finishing, preferably with a main contractor
- Ability to interpret drawings, read specifications and coordinate trades with the site engineer
