Business Development Representative – VPAY

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its Lebanon team. The BDR will generate qualified sales opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and handing off leads to Account Executives, helping to build a strong pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts that match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Execute structured outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Build and maintain high‑quality prospect lists and book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying timelines.
• Qualify opportunities based on budget, authority, need, timeline, and fit, and ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives.
• Accurately document all activities in the CRM, keep contact and opportunity records clean, and track outreach performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, provide market feedback, and contribute insights to improve outreach strategy.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or inside‑sales role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with comfort in cold outreach and high activity levels.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and results‑driven.

Required skills

• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
