About the role
CoderGize is seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Executive to join its remote team. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth for a technology company that delivers custom software, cloud, and e‑commerce solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients across target markets.
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, phone calls, and social media.
- Follow up with leads, assist in closing deals, and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Post and coordinate content on CoderGize’s social media platforms.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to align solutions with client needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Required skills
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and outreach.
- CRM systems and sales‑enablement tools.
- Social media management platforms (e.g., scheduling and publishing tools).
- Email outreach and cold‑calling techniques.
