Asset Management Manager – Treasury & Capital Markets

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Manager to lead the Treasury and Capital Markets unit. The role involves shaping strategy, managing performance, and driving client‑focused investment solutions for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Asset Management Unit’s activities, strategy, performance and annual targets in coordination with the T&CM Executive Director.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, assess investment needs and risk appetite, and recommend suitable portfolio strategies.
• Promote Asset Management products, execute client orders, and contribute to proprietary trading activities while ensuring compliance with limits.
• Structure new and tailor‑made investment products, including portfolio rebalancing strategies, and generate regular investment ideas.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and terms with local and international financial institutions.
• Monitor financial markets, conduct research and analysis, and provide investment insights for decision‑making.
• Coordinate with regulators, internal control functions and other business units to share relevant market information.

Required profile

• Strong planning, organization, communication, time‑management and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Relevant certifications such as CMA Licensing or equivalent; CFA is a plus.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Treasury & Capital Markets, banking products, policies and procedures.
• Understanding of local and international economies, investment and financing techniques.
• Financial and economic analysis, research and risk assessment capabilities.
