AI & Microsoft Copilot Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic AI & Microsoft Copilot Consultant to lead workshops, drive adoption, and shape our AI enablement strategy. The role blends deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot with strong communication skills to empower both internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive workshops on Microsoft Copilot, tailoring content to audience expertise and business goals.
• Design, curate, and continuously update learning materials, demos, and enablement resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and develop strategic Copilot use cases.
• Stay current on Copilot product updates, the broader Microsoft ecosystem, and emerging AI trends.
• Represent the organization at conferences, webinars, and client presentations as a thought leader.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Business, or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications in AI, productivity tools, or cloud platforms (preferred).
• Public speaking or presentation training is a plus.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful Copilot workshops and enablement programs.
