Affiliate Coordinator – Remote Digital Acquisition

About the role

Equiti is seeking a remote Affiliate Coordinator to support its digital acquisition efforts. You will be the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate tracking, and effective campaign execution to drive funded accounts and trading volume.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new affiliates, handle documentation, and set up system access.
• Create and manage tracking links, commission structures, and campaign configurations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date partner records, contracts, and payment terms.
• Coordinate launch of affiliate campaigns, ensuring creatives, landing pages, and tracking are correctly implemented.
• Serve as first‑line support for partner queries and operational issues.
• Track performance metrics (registrations, FTDs, conversion rates, traffic sources) and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Review affiliate content for brand compliance and regulatory standards, flagging fraud or policy violations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, assist with commission reconciliation, and facilitate timely communication between finance and affiliates.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and reporting dashboards.
