Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all administrative and operational activities within the warehouse, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient environment. This role leads the warehouse team, implements policies, and guarantees high service quality for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including product organization, order extraction from the WMS, and replenishment activities.
• Handle damaged goods, coordinate insurance claims, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Control inbound containers, verify order accuracy, monitor product expiry dates, and maintain optimal storage conditions.
• Conduct annual inventory audits in collaboration with the Inventory Control Unit and manage returns processing.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the warehouse team, delegate tasks, and oversee performance appraisals to meet KPIs.
• Develop team expertise through training, career development, and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with proven warehouse management experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of warehouse management procedures.
