UX/UI Designer – CRO & Landing Page Specialist

About the role

You will join a fast‑growing, data‑driven growth marketing agency as a key member of the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) department. Your designs will shape how prospects experience our clients' digital properties, from the first click to the final conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise high‑converting landing pages for specific campaigns and audience segments.
• Build and maintain pages across platforms such as Unbounce, HubSpot, Squarespace, and other CMS tools.
• Write clean HTML/CSS and apply basic JavaScript or platform‑specific scripts for interactive elements.
• Conduct lightweight user research, create wireframes, low‑fi prototypes, and interactive Figma prototypes.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system and produce UI assets for web, email, and ad placements.
• Monitor page performance metrics and provide monthly design performance reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years of UX/UI design experience focused on performance‑oriented digital experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto‑layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Hands‑on experience building pages in at least two of: Unbounce, HubSpot, Squarespace, or similar platforms.
