TVET Instructor – Daily Paid Roster (Grade 11)

About the role

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) is seeking qualified TVET Instructors to join the daily‑paid roster at Siblin Training Center and Nahr El Bared Training Center in Lebanon. The role involves designing, delivering and assessing vocational training programmes for Palestine refugees.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and development of learning programmes, curricula and training manuals, including occupational and competency analyses.
• Facilitate school‑based and work‑based learning, preparing training venues, selecting trainees and delivering inclusive lessons in classrooms, labs, workshops and workplaces.
• Design and implement formative and summative assessments, develop assessment tools and conduct knowledge‑ and practice‑based testing.
• Build linkages with employers and TVET stakeholders, collect labour market information and contribute to skills‑needs analyses.
• Apply quality‑assurance standards and integrate Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) and core life‑skills into all learning activities.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in TVET instruction, curriculum development and assessment design.
• Ability to work with diverse learners, including trainees with disabilities or special learning needs.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and adult learning strategies.
• Strong communication skills for employer liaison and labour‑market analysis.
