About the role

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) is seeking a Commercial TVET Instructor (Grade 11) on a daily paid roster to support its training centres in Siblin and Nahr El Bared, Lebanon. The instructor will report to the assigned Senior TVET Instructor or Deputy Principal of the training centre.

Key responsibilities

Support the design and development of learning programmes and curricula, including occupational and competency analyses.
Facilitate school‑based and work‑based learning, preparing training venues, selecting trainees, and delivering inclusive lessons in classrooms, laboratories, workshops, and workplaces.
Design and implement both formative and summative student assessments, including practice‑based and knowledge‑based tests.
Build linkages with employers and TVET instructors, collect labour market information, and contribute to skills‑needs analyses.
Apply quality‑assurance procedures to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programmes.

Required profile

Grade 11 level as specified in the posting.
