Training Coordinator – Maritime Training

About the role
Edelweiss Maritime Services is looking for a Training Coordinator to oversee the planning and delivery of maritime training and certification programs. You will ensure that courses run smoothly, meet STCW and IMO standards, and support both instructors and candidates throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage training schedules and certification operations.
- Coordinate with instructors, candidates, and internal teams to ensure seamless program execution.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain training materials and records.
- Guarantee the quality and timely delivery of all training programs.
- Support reporting, workflow organization, and documentation management.
- Maintain accurate training and certification records in line with regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with reporting tools (any).
